(1 hour & 15 minute session + 45 minute session)

In the first visit, information will be gathered -- dietary intake + signs, symptoms, existing lab-work and history + your story, what you've tried, how it worked and how you hope to benefit -- for determining nutritional and related support for mitigating existing health issues and/or for decreasing the risk of developing future health issues. (Please be sure to read the "Initial Visit Details" page before this first visit! We may jointly decide to acquire more lab tests between the first and second visit.)

In the second visit you'll learn where the clues point regarding your body's nutrient use and nutrient needs + what actions can be taken to move forward toward garnering sought health benefits when it comes to whole foods, nutrients, water & life habits.

Recurring visits will be used for following-up on and for continuing the implementation of recommended actions & suggested changes and for monitoring progress. We will also explore how the plan is fitting into your life, what is & isn't working and what is worth re-working. There will be continual education and lot's of opportunities to get questions answered. (Please see series deals below for lower prices if one pays for a group of follow-up visits.)

(1 hour & 15 minute session + 1 hour session + Comprehensive Labs)

You get an Initial Evaluation + an Initial Follow-up (please see above) PLUS Urinary Organic Acid Analysis + several key Nutrient Blood Tests. The urine lab test measures ~50 analytes of nutrient, metabolic, neurotransmission, liver neutralization & microbiome reactions. The sample can be collected at home, frozen and mailed to the lab from most locations. The blood lab test measures additional nutrient levels not well captured through urinalysis. Results will be analyzed when provided and their meaning reviewed with you in the 1 hour session. More comprehensive corrective actions can be incorporated into a long-term plan if additional follow-up sessions are scheduled. Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied to any lab-work. We will go through and discuss individual foods and products as well as trends and missed opportunities. I'll suggest possible alternatives or upgrades. We will look at ingredients, nutrition labels and other clues to quality. I'll leave you with some reference sheets and, where appropriate, highlighted packaging, post-it note reminders and verbal answers to many questions.
